Bluetooth on my Moto Z is all messed up after last system update

The wifi on Moto Z is no longer working properly. In my vehicles it will connect and then disconnect about 10 secs. later. It will repeat this process over and over. On my bluetooth speakers it will connect but the music has a fast skip to it. So as of now the bluetooth is useless! It seems to have started this after the last system update around the first part of July.  I also contacted Motorola and they had me try a few things but nothing worked to fix the problem. This is very frustrating! Anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions?
