Bluetooth video transfer to laptop

I have a Droid Maxx 16GB and am transferring videos to my laptop. I've already transferred a few videos that took 30-60 minutes each. One video file has been transferring for 5-6 hours already and is not quite to the halfway point. Why is this file taking so long?

connection is to slow, use wi-fi.

Nevermind. I connected with the USB cable and transferred several videos in just a couple of minutes.
