This has happened to me twice in the last week, and sporadically in the last month. Basically occasionally I'll be on the phone talking to someone when suddenly I get the recorded "All Circuits are busy. Error code [and some code]." and then my call is disconnected & I have to call back. It has always happened during a call not when placing the call, which I've read other people having issues with.
