My camera is not working I can only take photos no videos and when I try and click to turn the camera around to take a Selfie it just keeps taking photos. Every button I click on the camera screen just takes photos.
We want you to be able to treasure those special moments in your life. When did the issue start? Do you receive any error messages? Does it happen with other camera apps?

It happened for the first time last week, no error message at all, I did have to download another camera app and that will take videos just fine. All other video apps like Instagram, Snapchat ect all work. Just the installed basic camera app won't take video it only takes photos. So weird.
That is most unusual. Have you attempted to force stop the Camera app? http://vz.to/2otwo2j
