Q: Can I make a call and surf the internet at the same time?
A: The phone is capable of using voice and data at the same time. However, you will need to update the software on your phone and enable Advanced Calling 1.0. To update the software please got to Settings > System updates > Check for system updates. Once the device is updated, you will need to enable Advanced Calling. Go to Settings > Advanced Calling > Activate Advanced Calling. Once Advanced calling is enabled you will be able to talk and use data at the same time when you're connected to 4G.
