Can I use my Droid Turbo 2 with international SIM cards?

I have a Droid Turbo 2 from VZW and will be traveling to these foreign countries: Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines. Is this phone SIM unlocked? Can I buy SIM cards in those countries and connect to their networks? Would appreciate if anyone who has traveled outside the US with this phone can confirm.
