I just got a replacement Moto X for my first one (the charging port stopped working). I've been able to set up all my other accounts, but for some reason can't establish my Verizon account. I keep getting the error message, "email address or password are incorrect," although I've re-set my password twice. I'm suspecting there's a difference between the PW my cellphone uses to access webmail and the PW my laptop's web browser/Outlook program uses to access email - but I don't know what that might be. Suggestions?
