Cancel a line of service

Hello there I have good news, I  went to a Verizon Wireless Corporate store and picked up my online order of a phone that I placed a order on last night with the help of a agent online on the Verizon Digital Assistant as I was transferred to a agent who helped me, now with that being said, I have 2 lines on my account, and I would like to get some assistance in canceling one of them and stick with only 1 line as I'm the only one on my account so with that being said please someone help me and the line I wanna cancel to the device that it is on, I can do that return on my account under orders as there is a option to start return on it as it is line 1 and when line 1 get canceled and start a return on the device of it, won't line 2 then before line 1

I'm good, yesterday my request was honored to cancel the line of service and tomorrow the device to the line that was canceled will be sent off tomorrow to the  Return Processing Center
