New Moto X cannot view email attachments.  Just get moving time line box which doesn't change

We want you to be able to view those attachments! Sorry to hear about your difficulties. How long has this been going on? Is it every e-mail? What steps are you taking to open the attachments? In some cases, it is a two step process where you have to load the linked message and view full message. http://vz.to/1d0LGgJ
