Why is my moto X suddenly not sending or receiving picture text messages?

Hi DanMuls,

We want all your picture messages to have the green light to go! When did the issue start? Are you receiving a specific error message? Are you connected to Wi-fi or the VZW network? You need to be connected to the VZW network to send/receive picture messages.
