I also cannot get my razr to sync to my Kindle account. No books show and when I try to purchase I get the message that there is a problem loading kindle store and the message, "We're sorry. The web address you entered is not functioning page on our site." What's this about? There is not even a read now button. What gives? Please help.

Try this: Log in to your Amazon account, choose Your Account, then Manage your Kindle. On the left side of that page about halfway down is Manage Your devices, and you can see what devices are connected to the account.
If your device is NOT there, then double check the settings on the Kindle app on your phone. If all seems in order, then possibly the install is corrupted. Remove the app and reinstall it. Then post back and let us know if there are still errors....
