I'm sorry to see you have been dealing with this for two weeks already, John304. Thanks for the troubleshooting efforts you have already tried. What do you mean when you say it shuts down 75%. Does that mean it shuts down when it gets to 75%? Have you been able to charge it over the past 2 weeks?
Do you see any of the following below when looking at the charging port?
- Charger fits loosely, bent or broken port
- Corrosion, or liquid damage
- Appears normal
