Having very large battery drain while barely using the phone. 40% down today and only forwarded 2 e-mails. Started about a week ago. Same with my wife's phone.

What is the application draining the battery? Did you try a system cache clear through the recovery menu?
Also the model number you posted has too many digits in it.

We want to be sure your phone is working the way it should nes4381. Ann154 askes some great questions. Let's continue working towards a resolution. Were there any changes to your devices around the time the issues began such as new apps or updates? About how long does the battery last if it is fully charged?
