Let's take a closer look, Sbachie19. Are you also accessing the Call Settings and attempting to change Caller ID Readout? Should have options for Ring Only, CAller ID and RIng and Caller ID Repeat. If not, can you confirm your current baseband and system versions via main screen Menu> Settings>About Phone?

If your DATA is in the RED, I assume that means you are OVER your usage allowance. To get out of the RED, increase your data allowance
- otherwise you will be paying data overage charges ($10 or $15 per GB, depending on which plan you are on)

Multiple options to increase your data plan to cover your usage:
- use MyVerizon app on your phone
- log on to www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon- and change your plan to a higher data allowance
- reply to the text message regarding your overage that you received from Verizon - the message says 'reply YES to increase your data allowance" (may only be valid if you are on the MoreEverything plan)
- Call customer care 8100-922-0204 - they can make the change for you
Backdate the change to the beginning of this billing cycle to give you the additional data NOW, and prevent proration of data.

Use option 4 and call customer care, 800-922-0204 as apparently I have no idea what you are trying to do. I don't understand what "bring it back up w/o changing my data means". I thought you wanted to increase your data to avoid overage charges.
