My cell has not been the same since the last update. Today it started acting more sluggish than normal. Then froze up. I tried to restart/boot and it gets stuck in the start up process at the red eye with lightening bolts. It won't go any further. I have tried to recover and it only shows the droid laying down with the door open and a red square. Any suggestions as to how to get it working again?
To get past that point, hold down the volume down button and press & release the volume up button, then release the down one as well. It should open up the menu that'll let you choose to boot in safe mode, etc. Good luck; none of that worked for me.
