Droid Razr M will not power on

My daughters Droid Razr m Will not power on, she turned it off yesterday and tried to turn it back on and will not power up.. please help

First, have her hold the power button down a few seconds. That works for me.  If that doesn''t work, have her hold volume

down button while pressing power. That should do a soft reset  (like a battery pull). If that fails then there is a hardware

issue. i had to exchange my first one for this very reason.

Thank you so much, I guess we will have to take it in a have it checked we tried both of those, Didnt work, but thank you for helping.
