I have tried the "hard reset" action and the device resets, but never gets past the "Motorola DUAL CORE TECHNOLOGY" screen... The device also will not power off with either holding the lock button, nor holding lock + volume down actions. Is there something else I can try to reboot the device?
Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I apologize for the inconvenience! Let's take a look at this. When did the problem begin? Has your device been exposed to any physical/water damage?
