Droid Turbo 2 - No One Can Hear Me

Bought a Droid Turbo 2 about 2 months ago...noticed that no one can hear me unless I'm on a bluetooth.  I've tried walking through the device troubleshooter and not fixed (safe mode, wiping the storage on the phone app, rebooting, enabling/disabling HD calling -- none of that corrected the issue).

Help??
