Droid Turbo 2 charging problems....AGAIN

In August my phone started to get hot when charging and the next morning it had stopped charging with the turbo charger that came with phone. Tech support said was the port on my phone that was bad and sent a new phone next day. I have had no problems until a few days ago.

The phone they sent now has started to slowly charge if at all when connected to turbo charger.

Is the charger the problem or is this an issue with these phones? I do not want to get another replacement if going to be a every few month issue. PLEASE HELP!!
