Droid Turbo 2 won't transfer data to computer

After the last update, Droid Turbo 2 won't transfer data to computer.  Usb only in charge mode, no icon pulls down on phone.

It's a notification rather than an icon in the quick settings area.  See if this helps:

Already looked at that. The notification doesn't come up when the usb is plugged in. It started this after the last update to the phone.

I'm assuming you've tried unplugging the phone and then plugging it back in?  Have you tried a different USB port?

Unplugged phone, tried new usb port, restarted phone, restarted computer. No change.

Touch the notification that says charging only and select file transfer.

Both my wife and I droid 2 will not transfer files after the last update. I have been able to transfer files, add music, copy documents until now. So yes I do know how to connect to my PC. One just has to love how we buy these phones from Verizon and they can change the programming of them at anytime. I totally hate system updates, I have always seen some sort of problems with every phone that I have done a update on.
