The LCD screen for my Droid Turbo had broken. After discussing this with in-store personnel, they determined that my phone would be covered by motorola's free screen replacement. I received the replecement phone and sent my broken phone back in the provided packaging 4 days after receiving the replacement.
I have now received 2 text messages stating that I need to return the phone which I already sent back. Is there any way I can track this?

Did you get an email from Verizon Wireless will the tracking number? Did you check your MyVerizon account online for the receipt?

I already received and am using the replacement phone. The issue I am having is with the phone I returned.

Verizon should have a return tracking number on file- if it's shows delivered to fort worth texas- you are good

Look no further, help is here. I am certain we can work together to track that phone down. When you sent the phone back, was it through Fed Ex or USPS? Did you keep or make a copy of the return tracking number from the materials that came with your replacement phone? With that information we can check with the shipper directly and have a better chance of locating the phone.

Life would've been a lot easier if I would've made copies of all that
stuff. I dropped it in the box to outside of my local Verizon store like
the associates in the store told me to do. I didn't even pay attention if
it was FedEx or UPS.

It took 12 days after I returned my phone. Received numerous texts and emails that I need to return my phone. Mine went through the postal service, but I had a tracking number. It showed as delivered 3 days after mailing it. It goes to a company called New Breed Logistic's in Fort Worth. It will not show the phone as received until New Breed actually opens the package'd enters it into the system. Thought mine had got lost. Finally received a text from VZW that my phone was received.

It's not a problem. If this ever happens again, you will know exactly what to do. I am going to send you a private message so I can get more details to try to track this phone down. Have you had an opportunity to go past the store to see if it was Fed Ex or UPS?
If we can find that out, I can compare the label we sent you and then we can take it from there. I'll send that message now.
