Glad that took care of your issues, I do not have Jango on my phone so not sure what app is causing my problems.

I just got my smartphone a week ago and it is my first smartphone so I am still learning but do all the apps that come on the phone need to be tested or just the ones I have moved to my home page, I have about 15 apps I use but almost 3 pages of apps are listed under the menu button. Thanks for your help!

Yes it did but I only left it that way about an hour. I just got off the phone with Motorola for 40 minutes with no solution, they wanted to send me to tier 2 help but I did not have the time right now to continue on the call. Appreciate your help!

I would uninstall all the apps you have installed from the app manager that
have access to your wifi connection (in the app manager you can scroll down
to permissions to see what the app can control). Document the ones you
remove and reinstall as you need them to test one by one. I also did them
in tiers based on how often I used them and then seeing if the problem was
resolved after each group (3-4 at a time). Start with the less know that
have a lot of permissions first. Good Luck!!

Sounds like a good project for this weekend, sure appreciate you help. I only use my Bluetooth for my car phone connection so I have just been turning them on and off but it would be nice to have a fully functioning phone. Thanks again for your help!

No problem. Phones should work for how much they cost. Good luck.

I have been scouring all the droid sites and Verizon and Motorola. We desperately need to have them upgrade us to Lollipop or open a way for us to revert back to a version that worked.
This worked for me (although I do not know how long it will work):
1) Turn phone off
2) Press and hold Volume Up and the Power Button. This will bring up a boot menu.
3) Use Volume Down to scroll to "Recovery" and push Volume Up. This should eventually bring up a Sick Android Icon (red triangle with exclamation point)
4) Press and Hold Volume Up and Power for what seems like an eternity and at the blue menu that comes up scroll to "Wipe Cache". I think you select that with the Volume Up but it may have been the Power button to select.
5) It will reboot
6) For now I have Mobile Data, Bluetooth and WiFi all at the same time. We'll see how long this lasts.
Hope this helps.
