Email won't update

I have two yahoo email accounts in my Email on my phone have not been updating for a couple of days now.  Even when I force sync nothing comes up.  I removed one of the accounts and added it again.  Still Nothing.  Any ideas?

As I've said in other threads on this issue, this is a recurring problem with Verizon's email servers which sync with the built-in email app. Eventually they fix it, but it happens again every 6 months or so.  As others have mentioned, you  can either:

1 Delete your email accounts and re-add them under "Other". This seems to bypass Verizon syncing. Or:

2 Download the Yahoo mail app from Google Play and use that until the problem is fixed. When it is, you will get dual notifications and you can then discard the yahoo app or disable/delete the built-in account as you choose.

Thank you!  I forgot to re-add the account as "Other" instead of yahoo.
