Everytime I go to do something my phone shuts off and turns back on again...

My phone problems began about a month or so ago, starting with text messaging issues, then yesterday there was a problem with Google+ and Google maps and every time I went to do something whether it be go on Facebook or try to text someone the whole phone would shut off and turn back on again. What do I do?

Let's make sure your device is as reliable as the service, AH511! Did this seem to start after apps or updates were installed? Please tell me more about what you are experiencing with text, Google and Maps. Does the phone give any type of error when it shuts off?
