So it was about 12:30AM pm 1/17/2014 when my phone prompted me to update to new version of Android v 4.4. Been waiting for update i eagerly hit Ok and the download proceeded. The phone did normal shutdown, showed the updating android screen then restarted to homescreen. One on homescreen, everything fully loaded. Once the 4GLTE sign appears the phone goes to automatic shutdown. I figured it had something to do with the patch but my phone has shutdown and powered up and shut back down about 40 times now. I also shutting phone down before it could do it itself to see if it would stop to no avail. Finally i tried soft reset vol down + power and this also did not work. As soon as the homescreen is done fully loading it shutsdown. Not sure what to do now... Any help would be great! Thank you
I'm having the same issue. My phone restarts at random at least 7-10 times a day. It's been this way since the recent software release a weeks back. I've also tried a factory restart that has not fixed the problem.
