When I forward my Cisco work phone to my cell phone it goes directly to cell phone voice mail. It never rings. If I forward my work phone to a co-workers Verizon phone it rings. My IT dept is telling me it's the carrier. Has this happened to anyone else? I've done all the usual restarted my phone about 10 times, DND is NOT on, etc

TTB2482, We understand how important it is to make sure that you don't miss any important work calls when you are away from your work phone. There are 2 different options when setting up call forwarding. There is Immediate Call Forwarding and there is No Answer/Busy Call Forwarding. It sounds like Immediate Call Forwarding is set up to your cell phone and No Answer/Busy Forwarding is what might have been set up on your co-works device.
For immediate forwarding you would complete the following:
To turn on Call Forwarding from your mobile phone, call *72 + the 10-digit number that you want to forward your calls to (e.g., *72-908-123-4567).
For No Answer/Busy forwarding you would complete the following:
*71 + the 10-digit number
