Frustrated to the MAXXX!!!

Not a question, just venting....I am having an issue with the battery on my phone, so they replace the phone....not the battery. How backwards is that? Then once they send a phone, they say well we can upgrade your phone to the Note (which was the phone I was looking at in the store) with a better battery quality but we have to wait for the phone order to close out from the first order. So I ask in the meantime can I get a bill credit since I have interrupted service? My phone only lasts a few minutes off the charger. I was told no, we dont do bill credits. All this money I pay for good service and I still dont have it. I left sprint for the same reason and I have only been with verizon for about 5 months. What a joke!
