Going over data, how can I use less data

I'm going over my data usage quick. Are there any apps I should remove to help?

The best thing you can do is to disable data whenever you are not on wifi and do not have to have data.  Otherwise you can go to Mobile Data/Data Use in the phones settings menu and disable background data for whichever apps you dont need.
