group messages are failing for folks on my Plan

What kind phones do these "folks" have? Do they have their cellular data turned on when they are sending the group messages? If not, they should since a group message is also a MMS message that requires a cellular data connection to complete its transfer through the network.

All phones have their connections on they can send a single text but when you add multiple people the text fails

There's an option to send as single text messages or group, all can reply, which is a MMS message. That may be the issue for recipients that can't receive MMS.

We want to tackle this problem head on, wspike. Does it fail for the same people all of the time or is it a random & intermittent thing? How long has it been failing?
