Yesterday my son's phone stopped being able to hear him talking. He can hear the other person but no one can hear him. We just got the phone in Nov./2013. We talked to support and they are sending us a refurbished phone. I just wanted to know if anyone else had been having this problem. He is very careful with his phone and it has an otterbox case, one of the best ones I think!?
