Has anyone ever had a problem where the phone will not turn on. Green light shows when plugged to charger, but will not respond to power button or screen is not visible?

Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds to see if that reboots the phone?

Are you plugging it into the Wall charger or Via Computer if by computer use the Wall wort charger and a Power Cycle should help as well if not let me know..
