Last Friday 10/10 I tried to order a Moto X with custom design online and was not able to, so i started a chat with a tech. He said there were issues with ordering with custom build and I needed to call in to place the order. I called in and ordered 2 phones and was supposed to receive the PIN right away. I did not and proceeded to call in every day to get help with getting the PIN. Had to explain the whole story many many times, i was hung up on two times when sales reps tried to transfer me to customer care. Anyway, bottom line is this is day 8 and I have not been able to get my PIN numbers for the two phones.
My Verizon bill is well over $300 a month as we have a large data plan and 3 devices. I am stunned by the lack of service, concern and effort that i have received. I send an email today to the gentlemen that is helping me at Verizon as told him that if i did not receive the PINs today to cancel my order.
I am done with this phone order, how can I really cancel my order now?
