A few months ago I decided to switch carriers cause my phone bill was just shy of $400.00. I have 4 lines on my account. The lady who helped told me I can switch 3 of the 4 lines over, but that the 4th one still had a balance on it. The other 3 lines were ok to transfer. I do this and then like 2 months later Verizon pulls $965.00 out of my account. The first few calls I make to Verizon to see why this happened, Noone could give me an explanation. After numerous calls, I finally get told it's because of a promotion on my phone and by me switching carriers I voided that promotion and now have to pay. I would have never switch carriers if I knew this was a thing, but since I was advised differently, I switched. I have been fighting for months to get this refund. I have requested a supervisor call back and have yet to ever that. I was finally told a refund would be expedited to me in 3 to 5 business days since this wasn't my fault. That also never happened. To then was told a refund wasn't an option cause I no longer have an account there. I have been told a different answer ever time I call. They also can never find my account and just hang up on me. I have been hung up on at least 10 plus times. I can't get a refund since no account t, but they can pull 965.00 out just fine with me not having an account. Verizon is a bunch of liars and do not care about righting THEIR wrong. No one has helped me and Noone has given me the same answer more than twice. I have been a loyal customer for at least 18 years. They don't care about their customers, they care about lying and stealing your money. I will never use them again and I will never say a good thing about them. Crooks is what they are. Liars are what they are. Lazy unhelpful people are what they are. I have never been treated so poorly. Especially after all the money I've given them over the years. I can't believe they can sleep at night knowing how dishonest they are. 🖕🏿you Verizon.
