How can I setup my Turbo 2 to speak the texts I receive while driving?

Had the RAZR MAXX and it spoke the text messages I received while driving. Can't figure out how to set it up on the Turbo 2. Help!

In the Moto App you go to 'Assist' and you can add the action for it to read your texts to you while driving.

Thanks!!! It took a reset and two attempts, but now it works!
