Since I have broken my screen, resulting it the screen to go black, I want to know if it can be replaced or fixed. I know it still functions since it vibrates when I plug it in to charge. Plus, the ringtone sounds when I turn it on. I have read on the Android forum that Motorola will fix the phone ONE time, but it sounds too good to be true in my case. Even if I broke the screen due to it falling, can Motorola still accept, and fix it?

Motorola typically only does the "one time free" screen replacements for phones purchased directly from them, not through a carrier. It's worth asking them. Otherwise, they can do a repair for you, or a local cell phone repair shop can do the repair.
