This morning my Motorola Razr was not responding to my touch, so I powered it off. I waited a few minutes, then I powered it back on, but it won't go past the red core design. Anybody have any suggestions of what I can do to get my phone back in working mode?

If you have left the phone plugged into the charger for at least 2 hours and it still will not boot by attempting to turn on or holding the power button or power+vol down button for 30 seconds or more:
