My T2 port will no longer take a charge with the original cord. My phone is 5 days out of warranty and the salesman at the verizon store tells me "this is a common problem with the Turbo 2 around a years use" "If you dont have insurance then you are out of luck and if you do have insurance then they will send you a new phone ... but they will bill you if they can see the problem is because you dropped your phone OR is there are scratches anywhere on the phone."
I am very upset about this because the "QUICK CHARGE" ability of this phone was the reason I bought it.
NOW who knows if it will make it until my contract is up.
Do I just give up and go to another company ?????? Verizon .... I am not impressed

Have you tried contacting Motorola directly to discuss your repair options even if you are out of warranty?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
