How do I remove or turn off visual voice mail? I don't know how it got turned on but I can't get to my voicemails at all.
Getting your voicemail is certainly important. Where as visual voicemail is standard with all smart phones, you do still have the option to dial the traditional *86 and check your voicemail that way as well. When you call to check your voicemail, you will still have all the same features you always have to listen, save, and delete your voicemails. I hope you find this information helpful

Nevermind, I figured it out with some Google search assistance. I don't understand why it's impossible to speak with a live agent when an issue arrives.
