My T2 came today and I'm wondering how long has anyone noticed before getting the info about trading their old phones in? The rep last week said I'd be getting an email but never said when to expect it.
I got the same run around. Nothing here in almost 2 weeks. Calling everyday and getting the same answer. BTW be careful of your screen. Mine scratched when placed next to my work LG4 in a plastic case. Plus the wireless charging isn't working on my wife's phone either when in a case.
