If you go to your cloud, click on Contacts on the left, then click the red check box at the upper right of the contacts followed by the three dots to the immediate left of the red check box you will get a menu offering to Export All, or you can select which you want to export then select the three dots to export selected.

train the Verizon folks.. I thought they knew their stuff.. All bets are
off... you have been a life saver... I downloaded my contacts resorted them
and now will use this list to which of the 130 names are on SKYPE.. This
effort has taken me 3 weeks ! You did it in 10 mins.. I am beholding to
you!....

Again thanks for quick, concise instructions... Frankly, significantly
easier to use than those provided by the Verizon store personnel....
May I ask a follow-up question... I am using this list as a tool to search
for SKYPE users among my 130+ contacts. Using this as a check list to insure
I don't miss any. Unless I missed a step in the process... The list produced
in the "CSV" file, only provided "LAST & FIRST NAMES"... NO FURTHER
INFORMATION (Tel #, Email, etc). Did I miss a step?
While it's NOT imperative to have that info at the moment, can it be
downloaded as well ? ? ? It would make it somewhat easier to complete the
info when I do find SKYPE matches.
Please advise...

I tried both saving the default and choosing manually the format to be csv, in both cases it created a fully populated csv file, the fields ended up in different columns but all still there. It may be the way you are importing into Excel (I assume you are using Excel). Try opening the file in an editor like Notepad or Wordpad and examine the contents to see if you see everything that way.

Tried a couple of more times and you are indeed correct...The field moved
around and you need to adjust the column widths in the EXCEL spreadsheet..
But all of the info is there..much cleaner than using NOTEPAD, WHICH A MAJOR
NIGHTMARE!
For my purposes (searching SKYPE names that are in my contact list).. Now I
have a check list and cross the names off as I go through them if they come
up zilch!.... I would think, with 130 names I should get some hits..
Thanks once again for the guidance and instruction.
IMHO...YOUR INSTRUCTIONS / DIRECTIONS should replace those that Verizon
makes difficult to find and moreover , follow and USE.
The VERIZON WEBSITE REMOVED THE ON-LINE CHAT FOLKS , WHO WERE A REAL ASSET
AND HELPED YOU THROUGH ACTIVITIES SUCH AS MINE.. I HOPE THEY READ THIS
SUGGESTION!

I USED THE ADVISED csv, METHOD AND OPENED IT VIA excel.. as you said lots of
data was all over the lot... but it was there!.... I little bit of "column
deletion and expanding /contractions solved that issue.... Now I have a
complete list of all of my contacts and their tel #'s.. I will be spending
the next few days running them against the SKYPE files to find other
members.
You should write this process up and post it on the VERIZON CHAT BOARDS!
