I am unable to wipe Moto Droid as phone will not turn on --- it is in an endless reboot loop.   How do I wipe data?   On line instructions involving power button & volume down button do not list a wipe option.

Which exact phone model do you have?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

We are so sad to hear that your phone is stuck in a Boot-Loop, EDWJAM77. We are here to help.

Typically, the only way to Factory Reset the phone when it is not responsive, is to access the Android Recovery screen https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-212928/

If that is not showing the needed option, then visiting a corporate store location may be best, so we can take a look at the phone for you. Here is a link to help locate the closest location to you https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores/?intcmp=INT-SITESEARCH-REDIRECT-STORE
