I can't send picture msgs!

I think I have a similar problem as some others.  I can't send picture msgs through txt.  Emails are fine and twitter.  when I try to txt, it asks me to automatically resize, so I do.  But it still says the message has reached it's size limit.  It worked find when I bought the phone, but I updated the OS and now it doesn't work. 

also, since I updated the software, I can't download certain emails anymore.  I get my schedule sent to me via email.  it's in the body of the email, not an attachment.  it gets clipped so I can't see my half.  On the computer, gmail has it clipped as well, but I can click retrieve message and its fine.  before the update, no problems.

compared to many other phones, I think the razr maxx is very sophisticated.  I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND PICTURES AND DOWNLOAD EMAILS.  I didn't spend all this money to not have that feature.

Ok Jesse so do these steps

Menu

Manage apps

Select all across the top

Look for text messaging app

Open that app and click clear data and hit ok

Try to send a pic and let me know please
