I can't log into my backup assistant on my Droid. How do I get the backup screen to back up on my computer?

leidd we'll do everything we can to help! Before moving to the computer, lets pinpoint what's causing the issue with logging in on the phone. What specifically happens when you try to sign in? Do you receive any error messages?
