I can't take videos. I receive this message: "cannot start video capture. another app may be using the mic" The only thing I can do is turn off and on again my phone, but it has happened many times. frustrating
What other app do you have that "may be using the mic"? Google voice? One of the moto apps? If there is an app in the background taking control of the mic, it's telling you that interferes with the camera/video app. Disable the app that's causing the conflict.
