I deferred the android upgrade From marshmallow to nougat and now I don't have the system update option under settings -about phone help ??

If you notice below on the screen shots I have attached, there isn't a

system update under settings/ about phone... The system update is under

settings itself.if I go to system update it says my system is up to date.

What attached screenshots? There are none. If you attached them to the email reply they are dropped from being posted on the public forum. You need to add directly to the thread in VZW community.

I also deferred the update, then when I went into the software update, it said my software was up to date. I then did the update with the Software Upgrade Assistant. You can download it from verizon to your pc, connect your phone via usb to your pc, and then do the update. The process worked fine for me.

I did the same thing, deferred it on March 1st, and now when I go to check for system updates, it says my system is up to date....
