Hello,
I feel like I was taken advantage of with my most recent phone upgrade. A few months ago I went in for an upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy S10. I was given two options for the upgrade either a Google Pixel or a Motorola Edge 2021. I chose the Edge because I liked the design of it better. After a few months with the phone I really feel I was cheated with a inferior phone to the one I switched for. My previous Galaxy had dual speakers, headphone jack, and overall better features. I know buyers remorse is here and I should of checked all that when there, but everything was just felt that I was getting a better phone. I do not like this phone and the UI is not as good as the previous. All my payments have been on time, but is there anyway I can go back to the store and try trade in for a phone of equal value for a samsung or something better than what I have currently?

Hello Ddean95. Thank you for reaching out to us. When you upgrade a device, you have thirty days as a worry free guarantee, which means that within those days you can exchange your device. How long have you had your device? Do you have any other lines you can upgrade on your account?

Unfortunately it's past the 30 day mark, maybe had it a couple months now. Wanted to give benefit of doubt to it but after this time it's just not what it seemed to be. No other lines have an upgrade available at the moment

Thank you for that information, I can understand wanting to try out the phone to make sure it is something you'd like to keep. Once the 30 days passes, we are unable to process a return or exchange. We can review your account to see what other options are available for you. To best assist, I will be sending a Private Note.
