I would love this phone, but when I call someone, they cannot HEAR me talk! I have tried everything, and yes, I do know how to make calls on a cell phone. Please advise! Otherwise I will have to send it back, and that will be TWO WEEKS without a phone, because my Droid 4, which I loved, died. Thank you!

Hello Ihatemydroidturbo!
I am so sorry you're experiencing issues with your device! Did you purchase it directly from our website? If so, you can bring it in to exchange at a corporate store. http://vz.to/1l7u4mz
Thanks,

Hi, I did buy it directly. What do I need besides the phone when I go to
the store?

I would love this phone except when I call anyone, THEY CAN NOT HEAR ME.
There's no point in having a phone if no one can HEAR ME talk. Please
advise.

Thanks for offering these details. Is there no audio at all during every phone call? Have you tested Bluetooth or speakerphone? If the device was purchased in store within the last 14 days you can take it back to that location with all the original equipment and packaging. I am eager to see you enjoy the phone!
Thank you,

I'm having similar issues. VZW replaced Sim card and hopefully that will fix the issue. If not then hopefully a replacement! I'm out of 14 day window though...

Update! Verizon worked with me and I got a replacement, and now everyone I call can hear me and I am VERY HAPPY! The non-hearing may be some kind of mfg. problem (just my guess). But Verizon's customer service hung in there and we worked it out and now I totally love my Droid Turbo. My advice: get with Customer Service and see whether they can help you, too!
