How do I know if the bootloader on my turbo 2 is locked or not and will that effect me being able to swap sim cards when I goto another country? I'm leaving in 2 days and was just informed by a friend that this may be an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need an unlocked bootloader to use a foreign SIM card in the DROID Turbo 2. The phone is factory SIM unlocked and can be used on any carrier that supports the radio frequencies that the phone is certified for. You will have to add the APN for the foreign carrier to get the most functionality from the phone.
