Since this issue started, have you made sure that your data usage is not limited to the setting on your phone? We ask because the SIM card does not determine your data limit.
You can go to Settings, tap Network & Internet, then Mobile Network. There you would then tap Data warning & limit. You can then change the settings for Alert me switch or Limit switch to adjust the phone's data settings that can limit your usage and alert you to how much data was used.
