After 8 hours phone stills goes in and out when on calls and the software update is on hold due to all the problems so after all day and a used phone they sent me to try to fix the problem same thing been dealing with this since end of November 4 factory reset and another phone still same problems phone don't ring sometimes voice goes in and out just ver upset with Verizon right now and my work has a contract with Verizon we get a discount from working with them because of all of the employees have Verizon and they can't help me what do I do I have to get call I work for hospice ? Please help
